Up Dharma Down

UDD, formerly known as Up Dharma Down, is one of the Philippines' most influential alternative bands. Formed in Manila in 2004, the group has earned widespread acclaim for its distinctive blend of rock, electronic, jazz, and soul influences, releasing acclaimed albums including Fragmented, Bipolar, Capacities, and U D D.

Over the years, UDD has received numerous industry awards and international recognition, performing alongside renowned artists such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Bloc Party, the xx, Tegan and Sara, Tahiti 80, and Cut Copy. The band officially adopted the name UDD in 2017 and has continued to evolve following the departure of founding vocalist Armi Millare in 2021.

In 2026, their iconic hit "Tadhana" became the first OPM song to surpass 500 million streams on Spotify, reaffirming UDD's lasting impact on Filipino music.
